Our Story
"What The Pho" is located in the heart of Downtown Denver; at the corner of 16th street and Champa. Since our grand opening on April 24th, 2018; we have been privileged to bring to our customers the authentic taste of Vietnam. Our menu includes many varieties of pho as well as many other traditional Vietnamese dishes which are all made with love. The passion for cooking and the elaboration and sophistication of many recipes have been passed down from our family and homeland, and love for our customers.
